Bo (Steven) SHEN
Director and founder of Hyqualty Group, General Manager of Hyqualty Construction Pty Ltd. Steven stepped into construction industry by working as a site supervisor in a local building company and he obtained his builder license and established a construction firm J&S Quality Homes (predecessor of Hyqualty Construction) in 2016. Over the years, Steven has successfully built and renovated lots of houses across Perth, including project homes, custom made homes, grouped development.
Jiancheng (Ben) ZHANG
Director and founder of Hyqualty Group, General Manager of Hyqualty Engineering Pty Ltd. Ben is a Chartered Structural Engineer, member of Engineers Australia, Concrete institute of Australia and Australia Steel institute. He worked as a structural engineer and construction consulting professional in a W.A. based well-known engineering consulting firm. To date, Ben involved and designed more than 5000 projects in residential, commercial and mining sectors.
Guanxiong (Albert) HUANG
Director and founder of Hyqualty Group, Office Manager & Structural Engineer. Albert joined a well-reputational W.A. based residential consulting firm and worked as a graduate structural engineer in 2013. He was focus on residential structural design and site inspection for the major W.A. builders. Over years, Albert has built his broad vision not only just on professional knowledge, but also how to efficiently communicate with client on a professional manner.
